Today I’m introducing the second of my most recent designs for Minted’s wedding invitation line: Baby’s Breath.

A little backstory on the inspiration…
In college I worked at a flower shop on campus, and I hated Baby’s Breath- I preferred other fillers, or nothing but greens with my flowers. More recently though, I developed a little crush on it- thanks to images like these:

Baby’s Breath (aka Gypsophila) on its own can be quite lovely, with its cloud-like fluffiness. I wanted this suite to capture that dreamy quality of Baby’s Breath, as well as its subtle nature.
